Our Expertise – Meet the Founder
Dental Advocacy Support Services was founded by Marissa Brubaker, RDH, BCPA, a Registered Dental Hygienist and Board Certified Patient Advocate with nearly two decades of experience in dentistry.
Throughout her career, Marissa has worked across multiple areas of the dental field, including clinical care, dental insurance navigation, dental sales, and education within the dental industry. This experience provides a unique understanding of how treatment decisions, insurance systems, and patient care intersect.
After years of seeing patients and families struggle to understand complex treatment recommendations and insurance limitations, Marissa recognized the need for an independent advocate who could help individuals navigate these situations with clarity and confidence.
